1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned only if:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Customized jewellery
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Change of mind (unless your business allows it)

2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at info@varshagems.in with order details and photos.
  • Our team will verify the request
  • Pickup will be scheduled via courier partner
  • Product must be unused and returned with original box, tags, and certificates

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after inspection at our facility.

Refund mode depends on the original payment method:

  • Online Payment → Refund to same account
  • Wallet/Coupons (if used) → Credited back/li>
  • COD Orders → Refund via bank transfer

Processing Time: 7–12 working days after approval.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • For prepaid orders, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

6. Replacement Policy

If a replacement product is available, we will send it once we receive the returned item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items
  • Products without certification (if applicable)
